SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time is typically between 1-2 business days unless stated otherwise. Shipping times may vary between 2-5 business days. During public holidays please expect delays.

Tracking information will be sent to your email address once the order has been fulfilled.

RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, an exchange or refund will be offered. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can correct the issue. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
