• Once you have selected your permanent jewellery and it has been cut, sales are final & non refundable. As this is a personalised made to measure piece.

• Permanent Jewellery can last many years when treated with proper care and maintenance (see ‘aftercare’), however it should be treated as fine jewellery and is not indestructible. REMI artistry NZ is not responsible for general wear and tear or breakage of the chain.

 

• If the chain has broken at the welded point (jump ring) within warranty client is entitled to a FREE re weld. Please contact us @REMI.ARTISTRY to arrange a complimentary repair. If your chain breaks after a month, you are invited to book to have your chain reattached at the cost of $20. If the chain is lost we are unable to replace it for you.
